What if I have an emergency and you are not open?
If you phone out of hours on our number 9384-4426, your call will be redirected to our after- hours locum service who will come to your home. Following your visit, they will send the doctor’s notes directly to your regular GP to ensure continuity of care.

What are your billing arrangements?
We are a private billing practice. This means settlement of your private account happens on the day of your visit to your doctor. Medicare offers an instant refund of your government rebate directly into your account when you pay at reception.
Where/how can I give feedback about my visit to your Practice?
You can give feedback by 1) Suggestions/Feedback Box which is located in Reception, 2) by phone, or 3) personally coming in and asking to speak to the appropriate person.
