Tegan brings her experience from working in metropolitan, regional and remote settings throughout Western Australia and New Zealand. She has completed a Diploma of Child Health and undertaken training to become a Youth Friendly Doctor.
Tegan is certified in Sexual and Reproductive Health including the insertion of Mirena IUDs and Implanon contraception.
She supports a holistic approach to health and well-being and appreciates the GP approach to provide ongoing care for patients and families.
Her interests include women’s health and pregnancy management, paediatrics, adolescent mental health and travel medicine. She can diagnose and remove skin cancer, assist with iron infusions and vaccinations.
Tegan maintains a regular shift at a local emergency department. On weekends you will find her riding her bike, playing hockey or camping with her young family and Border Collie.
